When I try to create a single-user database for Sumac Bronze, or Silver, it says it cannot create the database, why?
When you create a single-user database, Sumac creates a folder and puts all the database files inside it. Sometimes computers impose security restrictions that may:
prevent Sumac from creating the SumacData folder, or
allow Sumac to create the SumacData folder but not actually put information into the folder.
If you know about file system security restrictions on your computer that may be preventing Sumac from creating files, then change the restrictions to allow Sumac greater authority. Then try again.
