What is the backup process for my Sumac database?
When your Sumac CRM is hosted on our cloud service, we take care of backing up your database for you automatically.
The Societ Team creates a backup of your database once a day. These backups are encrypted, and we retain daily data backups for 30 days.
All of this means that at any given time, the Societ Team can assist you if ever you need to restore a backup of your database from an earlier date.
