The video below shows a slightly older version of Sumac, In a recent release, we added a new Simple Search option which is not shown in the video. To expand the search options, click "Advanced Search" (see screenshot below):
"Advanced Search" enables you to compose a search with criterion other than the type displayed in the "Simple Search" and searches with multiple criteria (see screenshot below):

Although we don't generally recommend archiving contacts, every database has a limit on the number of contacts you can add before you run out of space. If you can't expand your license to accommodate your growing contact list, here's how you can whittle it down to size.
