Multi-Page Image Transcription

You can now transcribe multiple pages of handwritten notes into a single case note — all at once. Previously, uploading a second image would overwrite the first transcription. Now, each additional image appends to the same case note field, making it easy to capture a full set of multi-page notes without any manual re-entry.

Use “Photo Library” to select multiple images of hand-written notes you have already taken on your device, or use “Take Photo” to use your device’s camera to take pictures of your hand-written notes as you go!

"Last Updated" Information Expanded

We’ve rolled out “last updated” tracking across more of Case Portal — including contact records, meetings, and reminders. You can now see who made the most recent edit and when, consistent with what was already available on Case Notes.

Mobile Experience Improvements

Several mobile usability issues have been resolved:

• The New Case Note modal header and buttons now display correctly on mobile

• Fields in modals no longer zoom in awkwardly or cut off buttons at the edge of the screen
