Logging in to Sumac Case Portal

To access Case Portal, open your web browser and go to: https://sumac.societ.com/ 


First, enter your organization name as it appears in your Sumac Desktop application.



You can find your organization name by logging into the Sumac Desktop application. The organization name appears in the top left of the Sumac console:



Next, enter your username and password. This will be the same as the username and password you use when logging into the Sumac Desktop application.


Finally, click "Sign In" to access your Case Portal!
