If you have data you would like to send us, it is important to get it to us securely. The best way to do this is to use a file sharing service. We prefer to use sync.com since it is hosted in Canada and complies with
various global security standards.

Sign up for a free account if you don't have one. Use
this link and follow the instructions below.
Skip the install and go directly to the web panel
Before you proceed further, you will need to verify the email address that you signed up with by clicking on the "Verfiy Email" link in the email that Sync would have sent you.
Create a shared folder and share it with us
Click on "New shared folder" on the right to create a folder to put your data into.
Name the folder with your org's name followed by " - Sumac Data Migration" and in the "Users to invite" field, type in one of the following:
- implementation@societ.com - if you are sending data to us as part of your implementation service
- support@societ.com - if you are sending the data to our support team as part of a workshop or some other service
Then click on "Create Share" at the bottom of that window.
Upload your data
Once the folder has been created, click on the folder
Click on "Upload" on the right of the window.
Click on "Choose files" to select the files you wish to send to us.
Once the files have been selected, you can wait until the progress bar under each file goes across the window to the end and then click close.
That's it! We will receive a notification in our emails that the files have been shared with us and we will be able to access it.
