Starting on June 6, 2022, Silent Partner Software is implementing the first phase of a new billing system. Through the coming year and subsequent phases, we will bring a better customer experience to you, including a clearer invoice, a customer portal where you can see your invoices if needed, and easily update your payment information.

- Your invoice summary: number, date, amount and terms
- Your billing contact information
- Your next billing date and your sales representative name

Your custom solution was tailored to your needs along with your sales rep. While there is now a per-item amount shown on your invoice, this is for internal purposes only. Your specific solution is a total amount based on that combination or package. Any reductions to the plan, license level, or add-ons may not change the total amount. Please talk to your account manager as your needs change over time.

Where applicable, if your solution’s combination or package included a promotional price, any adjustments are now shown as a discount in this space. Any reductions to the plan, license level, or add ons may change this promotional adjustment. Please talk to your account manager as your needs change over time.

The solution that was summarized for you in your proposal and sales order now appears in the notes section of your invoice. This may take one or two billing cycles to appear.
