How do I turn on Automatic Pledge Processing?
To enable the Automatic Pledge Processing feature, log into Sumac as an administrator and navigate to Utilities/Customize Database/Preferences/Pledges.
On the Pledges tab, under "Automate Pledges," click the checkbox next to "Turn on auto-pledge feature."
Set the time at which you want the automatic pledge processing transactions to run. For example, if you specify "09:00 AM," Sumac will check for pledges to be processed each day at 9:00 a.m.
You should also enter the email address(es) to which you would like Sumac to send the Auto-Pledge Processing report, and the frequency at which you want Sumac to email these reports (either every day, or only on days pledges are actually processed). Once this is defined, Sumac will email a report to this list of email addresses showing the details of the pledges it processed.
