To enable the Automatic Pledge Processing feature, log into Sumac as an administrator and navigate to Utilities > Customize Database > Preferences > Donations and Fundraising > Pledge Automation.

On the Pledge Automation tab, click the checkbox next to "Turn on auto-pledge feature." and set the time at which you want the automatic pledge processing transactions to run.

You should also enter the email address(es) you would like Sumac to send the Auto-Pledge Processing report to run, and the frequency at which you want Sumac to email these reports (either every day, or only on days pledges are actually processed). Once this is defined, Sumac will email a report to this list of email addresses showing the details of the pledges it processed.
