Financial Summary (Event Group) Report Legend

The Financial Summary (Event Group) report summarizes sales of tickets to events in a user-selected Event Group. It provides a very thorough financial break-down.

There are two sections of this report that are very similar, but have important differences: the Payment Method Summary table, and the Payment Application table.
  1. In the Payment Method Summary table, there is a "Single Tickets in Group" column, which includes all tickets to events in the selected Event Group, which are not subscriptions, and have payments assigned to them.
In the Payment Application table, there is a row that is also called "Single Tickets," and the amount listed here includes all tickets to events in the selected Event Group, which are not subscriptions, and includes both paid and unpaid ticket orders.
Those are two different values.

Essentially, the Payment Method Summary table includes only ticket orders that have payments assigned to them. The Payment Application table includes both paid and unpaid ticket orders.
