Can you split donations across multiple funds?

A donation can be split into multiple funds if you enter the donation info into Sumac manually. In the Donation Record, there is a “Fund” field that allows you to specify that the donation should be allocated to a fund, or if it should be allocated to multiple funds. To allocate a donation to multiple funds, click the "Multiple Funds" button when entering the donation into Sumac.

Funds are customizable, so you can set up whatever funds you need.

For online donations, the web pages we provide for collecting online donations only supports linking the donation to a single fund. So if an online donor wants to donate to multiple funds, the donor would have to enter multiple donations online – one for each fund.
