Can Sumac track email statistics (I.e. open rates, click-through statistics)?

If you have the Website Integration service, you can track “click-through statistics” on emails sent through Sumac. This means that it is possible to tell how many times your email recipients clicked on a particular link within the email.

Keep in mind that while Sumac can track the information described above, Sumac is not an email marketing system. Sumac is a database, so the analytics Sumac provides are limited when compared to a system built for email marketing. Essentially, Sumac will just summarize the number of clicks each link in your email receives. It does not track who opened the email, who clicked the link, etc. If you require this level of analytics, you should consider exporting your mailing lists out of Sumac into a true email marketing system like MailChimp or Constant Contact.
